ENLACE Alternative Spring Break
Every year during the IU School of Medicine’s spring break week, a group of first year medical students spend one week working on a global health infrastructure project in El Salvador with the ENLACE Project.
Led by Jennifer Custer in partnership with Companion Community Development Alternatives (CoCoDA) and Comité de Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Económico Social de las Comnidades de Suchitoto (CRC), the ENLACE Alternative Spring Break program utilizes its resources to distribute aid on health issues such as population health within Suchioto, El Salvador.
