Environmental Health Research and Interventions in India
Dr. Khalid Khan leads this experience which provides students with exposure to important environmental health challenges that developing countries are encountering in today's world and presents successful mitigation strategies implemented in different parts of the world. Students gain field experience by observing and analyzing various environmental health projects that are being implemented in a developing county. The international field experience allows students to develop a deeper understanding of the global health challenges both in the fields of infectious and non-infectious diseases and health outcomes in context of a developing country.
